Why it matters

Losing your independence rarely happens all at once.

It goes quietly. A little less balance, a little less confidence, a few more things left to somebody else — until the life you had needs help it never used to.

Almost none of that is inevitable. Protecting it is what this practice is for.

About

I work with adults — at the practice, in their homes, and online.

My training is adult neurological and spinal rehabilitation in hospital. I now do two things: rebuild function after injury, and protect it before it goes.

  • B.OT — occupational therapy
  • Adult neurological rehabilitation
  • Falls risk assessment
  • Home and environmental assessment
